Our Tacos are served on a Soft ShellCorn Tortilla. Our gluten free tortillas are based on a 3,500 years old recipe.

Taco de Barbacoa
Barbacoa. Marinated in our smoky chipotle pepper adobo. Braised for hours and then shredded

 Taco de Pollo
 Grilled chicken Marinated in our lime adobo. Then grilled.

Taco de Carnitas
Slow cooked sickling pig. Braised for hours, then shredded Michoacan Style. 

Taco de Cochinita Pibil
Cochinita Pibil (Mayan Recipe) Braised for hours,  then shredded.

Taco Vegetariano
 Veggie Taco. Zucchini, sweet corn, red onions w/ sour cream​

Vegan Fajitas
Mushrooms , Red and yellow peppers in julienne, Homemade Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Red and White Cabbage in julienne.
